Access for everyone

At People First Stadium, we are committed to providing access to great events and facilities to everyone who visits our Stadium.
 
Some events may have specific accessibility details, which will be noted on the individual event page.

AFL & Cricket Accessible Tickets

For AFL and Cricket events at People First Stadium, accessible tickets can be purchased directly through Ticketek. 

You can also contact Ticketek's Accessible Ticket booking line on 1300 665 915 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) if you require additional support in completing your booking.

Car Parking, Pick Up & Drop Off

Patrons with a valid Australian Disability Parking Permit (PWD) can access paid parking at People First Stadium on event days. Parking must be purchased in advance online via Ticketek by searching for 'Blue Event Day Parking' and selecting 'Blue Carpark Event Day Parking' for your event date. Please note spaces are limited and can sell out.

An accessibility drop off zone is located in the Red Carpark behind the Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium.

Free Event Shuttle Services

Free Event Shuttle Services

People First Stadium in partnership with Kinetic and Translink provide free event shuttle services for ticketholders, which run direct from multiple Park & Ride locations on the Gold Coast. These include:

  • Nerang Train Station
  • Boowaggan Road Park 'n' Ride 
  • Broadbeach South Tram Station

For the latest timetables, please check with the service provider or use the Translink journey planner. Additional shuttles may be available on event days. Check the event page on our What's On Page for more details, as shuttle services and timings vary for each event.

*The majority of the shuttle services are disability and accessibility friendly.

Toilets

Accessible toilets are located throughout People First Stadium. Please see the friendly event staff inside the venue to locate the closest accessible toilet to your designated seating location. Or check out the People First Stadium Map before you arrive.

Quiet Room

People First Stadium is an inclusive venue and offers a Quiet Room – a calm, low-stimulation space designed to provide a comfortable oasis for patrons who may be feeling overstimulated or distressed.

To access the Quiet Room, please go to the Event Office at Ramp M (opposite Gate 3), and a staff member will guide you to the space.
